DAILY, JUNE 5-JULY 14 | ON-SITE ARCHAEOLOGY WALKING TOURS
Join archaeologists on a walking tour to hidden parts of the plantation and learn how archaeology informs our understanding of the lives of those who lived and worked at Monticello. Archaeologists will take visitors to various sites along the Fourth Roundabout and will end at active excavations of a late-18th-century domestic site where enslaved agricultural laborers once lived. JUNE 19-23, JUNE 26-30 AND JULY 17-21 | ON-SITE SUMMER CAMP Monticello Summer Adventure Camps are weeklong day camps that give kids the chance to participate in both indoor and outdoor activities including learning about archaeology, cooking historic foods, exploring the gardens, hiking the grounds, solving puzzles, playing games and more.
